The pyramids of Egypt have always aroused enormous interest among people, transcending cultures, generations and borders. These monuments represent one of the greatest architectural feats in history.

For this reason, many people dream of visiting them at least once in their lifetime. Aitana Soriano is a Spanish woman who travelled to the country this summer and had the opportunity to see inside one of these wonders. The young woman posted a video on her TikTok profile to show what they are really like, as she was very surprised.

The well-known Spanish influencer Aitana Soriano travelled to Egypt and saw a pyramid for the first time. ‘Ever since I was very little, I’ve always wondered what was inside them, and today I found out. Let me show you,’ she says at the beginning of the video.

The Valencian explains that in her mind there were ‘rooms, walkways and lots of secret things’. ‘Nothing could be further from the truth,’ she says.

To get inside, they have to queue up and go up a ladder that ‘is very low’. ‘You have to crouch down. My mother bumped her head on the ceiling two or three times,’ she warns.

Something that caught Aitana’s attention is that it is ‘very, very, very hot’. ‘In fact, they ask you if you have headaches or knee pain so that you don’t go in,’ she adds.

She also says that you have to go down numerous steps to reach a kind of small room, and then there is the tomb. ‘You could also call it a sauna because there is an incredible amount of humidity,’ she says.

‘The truth is that the space is very small. I was surprised because I expected the pyramids to be much bigger. Even so, it was an experience that I loved. Incredible,’ she concludes.
